Ingredients
200 g grated white cabbage
200 g grated red cabbage
1 onion cut into strips
2 carrots, peeled and grated
0.5 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- First, we remove the core of the red and white cabbage. Next, we cut both types of cabbage into thin strips. Clean the cabbage, remove the stem, and chop finely. Then knead with salt and oil for 1 minute until soft.
- Peel the carrots and onion and coarsely grate them into the cabbage. Now stir a marinade of yogurt, mustard, vinegar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
