minutesYou know this feeling, when you hear the wind rustling around the house and you simply want to light a candle, cuddle into a blanket, and feel warm and safe? This is my favorite cereal bowl for those moments.
Ingredients
0,5 Apple or pear, chopped
4 tbsp (40 g) oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp chopped roasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecan…)
1 tsp raisins
1tsp nut butter or coconut oil
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened hot oat milk (or other vegetable milk)
Directions
- Heat the oat milk together with the apple or pear and the raisins, let simmer until the fruit gets tender but not mushy.
- In the meantime, roast the chopped nuts in a non-sticky pan without any fat until they spread a nice flavor, then remove.
- Add the spices, the nut butter, mix well and leave to thicken for a few minutes.
