1 cup flax seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesam seeds
1/3 poppy seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp each thyme, oregano, marjoram
2 cups warm water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine in a large bowl the seeds, herbs and water. Stir well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to score the rolled-out mixture into desired cracker shapes and sizes.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the crackers are crisp. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly.
