
French Berry Toast in a Mug

minutesHere comes another super quick, yummy and filling breakfast. Now you have no more excuses that you have no time for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 large organic Egg
1 slice whole wheat bread, chopped into cubes
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of coconut flakes to decorate
3 tbsp plant-based milk (without added sugar)
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ cup raspberries – alternatively strawberries, blueberries
Directions
- Add egg, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk into a mug. Whisk to combine well.
- Add the chopped bread and mix, so it gets completely soaked with the liquid.
- Microwave for 1 minute and then at 10 second intervals until cooked through.
- Serve with the strawberry slices or with one of the other fruit choices and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
