
Overnight Raspberry Chia Seeds Pudding

minutesThis is a great way of enjoying a healthy dessert, without feeling guilty due to too many calories or fats.
Ingredients
½ cup milk – dairy or non-dairy
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tsp maple syrup – honey, or monk fruit sweetener
½ tsp vanilla extract
Recommended Toppings: plain Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, whipped coconut cream
Directions
- Add ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup raspberries, 2 tsp maple syrup (or honey) and ½ tsp vanilla extract to a blender. Mix until smooth. Pour into a bowl, seal, and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or even overnight.
- Add your selection of toppings before serving.
