0,25 Cup pre-cooked, frozen greens (broccoli florets, green asparagus, grated zucchini, chopped leek…)
1 tbsp frozen peas
1 tbsp cheddar cheese (or parmesan cheese)
Some fresh or frozen herbs
Sea salt and fresh grounded pepper to taste
- Add your greens and the peas in a small bowl and microwave on high heat for 30 seconds.
- Remove and add your eggs, cheese, the spices and the herbs. Whisk with a fork to combine well.
- Place back into the microwave and cook for another 1,5 minutes.
- This breakfast option combines the perfect breakfast ingredients, Veggies, Protein and Fats. You can add 1 tablespoon of carbs – for example leftover rice, quinoa, potato. Be creative and ENJOY!
