Ingredients
125 g (fresh or frozen) raspberries, alternatively: 1 peach or 125 g (without skin) or melon
1 tbsp almond butter
150 ml oat drink
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
A few ice cubes
Directions
- Wash the raspberries or let them thaw (or wash the peaches, roughly chop them and remove the stones or deseed the melon).
- Place the fruit and the remaining ingredients in a high-performance blender or use an immersion blender to mix well in a tall mixing bowl.
