Ingredients
4,5 oz (125g) fresh or frozen raspberries; alternatively, 1 peach or 4.5 oz (125g) peeled melon
1 tbsp almond butter
5 fl oz (150ml) oat milk
A pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
A few ice cubes
Directions
- Wash the raspberries or let them thaw (or wash the peaches, roughly chop them and remove the stones or deseed the melon).
- Place the fruit and the remaining ingredients in a high-performance blender or use an immersion blender to mix well in a tall mixing bowl.
